My first ever Fishing tournament, was a Pike tournament in MTL open to anyone. I caught 3 catfish while not the target species still happy to catch some fish. 156 people participated in the tournament 21 total pike caught only so fishing was really rough. Still won some very nice 35 dollar spoons, and some soft plastics at the end in the price raffle. A great experience met a lot of nice fisherman. Was crazy to see so many people out fishing in the rain targeting pike.

Beautiful pike to start the season here in Montreal 😍 amazing fight. 2.0kg with the net so like 1.6-1.7kg I'd say. 58 cm 😍(23.3inch) As always catch kiss and release
